What can we commission today?
An initial engagement to decide where to act first. You can begin with a problem, an opportunity or an idea. You receive an opportunity map, prioritized options, a measurable hypothesis and a proposed point of entry. If we identify a viable hypothesis, we can scope a pilot separately.
Who is Zentris for?
Leaders and teams whose organization has data, knowledge and experience, but that intelligence remains fragmented. Zentris helps connect it, prioritize where to act and turn it into a capability that decides, executes and learns better.
What does organizational intelligence mean?
It is the ability to connect human knowledge, data, technology and operational experience to understand a situation, decide with context, act and learn from the outcome. It is neither a tool nor another name for artificial intelligence.
What does the initial engagement deliver?
An opportunity map, prioritized options, a measurable hypothesis and a proposed point of entry. Deliverables and review criteria are agreed before starting. Implementing the pilot is not automatically included.
What does our team need to contribute?
A process owner, real examples, agreed access to relevant information and time from decision-makers and operators. We can review documents and samples before proposing integrations.
Do we need AI or new tools?
Neither is required. We review the problem and existing tools first. The solution may combine process changes, documentation, automation or AI where justified.
How do we know whether it works?
We agree a baseline and relevant measures such as investigation time, rework or reopened issues. We compare pilot outcomes, record limitations and decide whether to expand, adjust or stop. We do not promise a percentage improvement before understanding the context.
What is Loom, and is it available?
Loom is a product vision in concept development. The interfaces on this site are illustrative, not a finished product. It explores connecting information, decisions and learning across teams. Working with Zentris does not require adopting Loom.
What does our organization retain?
Each proposal defines retained documents and deliverables, access and export terms and any components requiring licensing or maintenance. These terms are agreed before implementation.
How is data access handled?
We agree sources, permissions and restrictions before accessing information. Integrations and any AI providers are evaluated for the project scope. Sensitive data is not needed for a first conversation.
Does the experience shown represent Zentris clients?
The experience presented is prior professional experience behind the firm. Deliverable samples are labeled as illustrative and are not presented as results achieved for Zentris clients.
What happens in the first conversation?
We discuss the problem, its impact and whether Zentris can help. This does not replace a diagnostic. If there is a fit, we agree what information is needed for a proposal. You can also send context by email.
